Lived here a year and moved in with a ferret (provided shot record and birth certificate) payed pet rent for this whole year and now I’m having to move with less then a months notice because the lease states they “dont allow rodents” yet a ferret isn’t even part of the rodent family its part of the Mustelidae (weasel family)!
RecommendedThis is the only place who contact us back from more than 20 places we tried since we want to move here in arkansas. The process is smooth and easy. One of the reason why i like this place is when you needed help, they will do action as fast as they can. Friendly workers and nice manager!! My only concern on this property is people who doesn’t pick up their dog poop(not the workers fault) and other cars parked without permit or Sticker, Yes i will call the tow truck for that cause why not? I do not usually write reviews, but I just wanted to note that I'm incredibly impressed by the new management of Garden Park. I especially love that the staff and maintenance crew remember me and are always friendly and kind. I've had a couple of issues pop up over the last year and staff have been on top of it and helpful. I feel safer in my apartment knowing they're looking out for us. P.S. if you're looking for a dog-friendly community--this is it!

Not in the best location. Have heard 3 different sets of gun shots within a week apart. The office is uncooperative. Have emailed them several times and have not heard back from them. They towed a brand new vehicle with paper tags after not responding to emails about updating the vehicle list, but yet won’t write fees for gates left open. We will be so glad when our lease is up.

We pride ourselves on responding to all correspondence from our residents when we receive it, and we try to ensure all residents are aware of the tow policy. As for the gun shots, we were informed by the police department that these were not on our property. Your feedback is important to us and will help us strive to do better.
Garden Parks staffs were very helpful and friendly. It’s safe, quiet and clean here! The amenities are great, there’s a study area, workout area, a kick back lounge and pool to jump in! The apartment layouts are really nice and clean.
A couple friends and I toured Garden Park looking for a potential apartment. The leasing manager, Margie was able to provide a full insight on the possible leases and answered our questions fully and provided even more helpful information!
Shady dealings going on in Fayetteville! Complete Towing is towing cars from here and not allowing payment by check or card and then increasing the amount owed. Nasty personalities. Rude. Unprofessional. Price gouging. Car not parked illegally. Under these Covid19 circumstances, Garden Park and Complete Towing in Fayetteville are the worst kind of business neighbors you could have.
Looking for the management to be fair and honest on deposit return ... update pending on this review.
