After almost a month of being in communications and a set expectation of a move in date i was told 2 days before my move in date i was rejected. They are slow to answer the phone and have no consideration for getting a prompt resolution for their customers. Glad i found out before i moved in.
On site managers write \$25 dollar "fines" like they get commission on them. I live here and I love the area, but I feel trapped by my lease. Oh, and they hate animals too. I am an honest, responsible renter and they treat me like a criminal. My neighbor complained to Norris and Stevens and got an eviction letter the next week. My advice to people considering moving into one of these apartments? RUN.
Onsight Managers recently changed. Very un-professional, have already evicted 1/3rd of the tenents and have raised the rent. Not allowed to have AC Units, laundry prices and pop machine prices have gone up \$.25 each. Apartments are way over priced for the conditions that they are currently in. If you have the choice I would say dont move in here.
