Bought a washer and dryer 11 days ago and the salesperson said we would have our items delivered within 2 weeks. Asked if he was sure, said yes. Well I believed him and now we have to wait another 10 days because they only deliver 3 days out of the week. Guess I should have asked more questions. Seems like their is no communication between the associates there.
Yesterday I got a stung by a hornet in the garden department by freak accident under my flip-flop and foot. The sales associates took such good care of me and I really appreciated it! They didn't have to, and it was just a minor thing. They pulled a lawn chair out for me to sit and be comfortable while they pulled the stinger from bottom of my foot! I have never received such care and compassion from a department store! I'm so very thankful and will advise anyone to shop at this location. These people are friendly and caring... read more
