I’m building 2 decks at my home, I’m spending 4,000 just in decking. The pro desks are laughable, they we’re out of stock, didn’t give any call back, no information, basically dropped the ball customer wise 💯 % Seems like their attitude towards customers spending big money or any money in their store is “whatever”. RecommendedEmployees in every department are always helpful. I never feel they are rushed to do something else. Excellent customer service! Several times now, while in line to get in the door (quarantine), I was able to watch employees with other customers and they have just been so kind, friendly and helpful. Love this store and use it all the time.
Went there this morning. Not going back to HOME DEPOT until this mess is over. Employees don't wear any protective wear and most customers are not either.
I just want to give a shout out to Store Manager JEFF BEAGLEY for his amazing customer service, and fixing a very difficult return/refund situation caused by one of their suppliers. Thank you for going above and beyond!
i was in the appliance area and ignored by the clerk in there for about an hour. it wasn't busy at all . then a gal in tight stretchy pants came in and he immediately helped her. so I left and got immediate service down the road at Broadview Appliance. usually i like Home Depot but this time they pissed me off enough to take my business elsewhere.
I’ll be telling people not to purchase a snowblower here. We bought a snowblower in November of 2019 and it didn’t snow enough to use it until January 10 2020 here in Spokane Wa. Little did we know that the snowblower wouldn’t move the snow properly. We were just told we can’t return it after 30 days despite the fact we were told this morning that there’s a 90 day return policy. After taking time to load it and unload it we get this news.
