Great management team. A+++ also found the store to be clean and well staffed.
I went in there 2 different times in hopes of purchasing a weber grill. Several times I tried to get an employee to help me out and they just kept walking right past me. Customer service was no help either. If you want to buy a grill just go to Lowes. They have better customer service.
A shout out to the people in customer service today who found my lost keys and called me!!!! I have been reunited with my car keys and I am so grateful!!!!
The butchered my door install and when I sent them pictures to show how badly it was done. I was told they could do nothing for me. They also told me I needed to sand and paint it. I've called the store several times trying to reach the store manager and he's never available. Customer care has also been giving me the run around as well. I am not going to give up but I will never do business there again. Just one of the worst customer service experiences ever.
