Without a doubt this is some of the worst mexican I've had in a long time. Beans had no flavor at all. The meat in the burrito was dry and rubbery. The bathrooms were also disgusting. I would give Taco Bell a higher rating than Garcia's. I will not be coming back.

Its an awesome place to meet friends, have drinks and food. The people working there are very nice.
EVERYTHING was VERY. Bland. The chile verde had absolutely no flavor. I haven't been here in a couple years and am very disappointed. If you closed your eyes I defy you to tell what you are eating. I imagine some British guy in the kitchen... Seriously
I always eat at the Madison ave location ... Love it.
I had a very great waiter this evening. Very kind and had wonderful suggestions. Happy holidays and thank you to the man who made our date a little more delighful.
