First visit was pretty good. Second was awful. The fish tacos were bland. Tilapia was bitter. Churro beans were bland. To top it off, ordered a Pina colada... bland and watery.
Chimichanga was flat.... barely any rice with my order & the black beans were bland!!!! Not worth my money at all sad to say
Just taste's like some microwavable Mexican food.
I love Garcia's Ioved to North Dakota 8 months ago. I came back to Cali for a visit your the 1st stop thxz
