The office says they are accepting new patients and I had all my kids medical records transferred just to be told the earliest appointment was 3 months away then the day before the appointment we waited 3 months for I was called and told they had to reschedule and the next appointment wouldn’t be until JUNE! It’s MARCH!!! Don’t go here if you need a doctor who can see you. Why accept new patients if you can’t see the ones you have????
Wonderful service, family atmosphere
She’s a very sweet lady. I personally do not care for the way her office works. If your child is sick be prepared to be told that you have to recall the next morning at 8AM to “try” and schedule an appointment. They do not just schedule appointments for sick children. The beginning of the year my daughter went two weeks before we could get her in. She ended up having two upper respiratory infections back to back with an ear infection. Love the staff here. Very knowledgeable and definitely care about their little patients!
Dr. Billie has taken great care of my three kids. She greets them with a smile and makes sure we all understand their health concerns. She listens when we have concerns.
