Great in every way Great in every way
Reception, office folks were absolutely helpful and friendly. Hygienist was very good and friendly. Dr. Shepard was very good, spotted problems and started the ball on getting them fixed. After some Endodontics were needed to make a new appointment quickly, left a message and received a response back very quickly with a new appointment time. Very efficient, and made you feel like they cared. We were so impressed, at least initially that members of our family are requesting appointments. We hope this quality continues.

VERY PROFESSIONAL OFFICE, HAD MY TEETH CLEANED DENTAL HYGENTIST WAS EXCELLENT.
As always, my daughter was thrilled to see Dr. Zeffery and wasn't nervous at all to have two teeth pulled. We are always welcomed by the incredibly warm and attentive staff and feel right at home. As Mom, I eas nervous about her extractions, and the sweet staff knows this from a previous extraction my daughter had, and gave me encouraging updates and calmed my own nerves! As always, the appointment was painless, my daughter was full of excitement and she told me she actually LOVES going to Dr. Zeffery! She now says that mayb... read more
