Excellent service all around from front desk ... Excellent service all around from front desk to assistants to DDS. Caring, gentle and personable. Exam was thorough and all services were explained in detail. Scheduling was convenient and accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant; NO FEAR!
I broke a tooth on Saturday about 11:30AM. I then called Webster. An appointment was made for 12:30. By 2:30 Dr. Sheppard had neon the road with a temporary crown. Great big thank you for the timely repair.

I had a very friendly tech do a standard clea... I had a very friendly tech do a standard cleaning on my "excellent" teeth. She provided some good tips, as well as noticed a small defect on one tooth (enamel). It was brought to Dr. Zeffery's attention and he was already aware of it. I appreciated the attention, though! I was also on a tight schedule, to the staff did their best to get me done on time for a work appointment. Thanks!
