History Established in 1916. In 1916, Russian immigrant and tailor, William Gallenson, and one of his uncles, William Paver, started Gallenson's as a tailor shop at 128 Regent Street in Salt Lake City. In 1925 the tailor shop was turned into a gun store and pawn shop. In 1930 the shop moved across from the Capitol Theater, to West 200 South. I went to the store for the first time today, and I will be back. Lots to offer. Bulk ammo at internet competitive prices. They need a little help with the website. It could be so much more than it currently is. You could use a good web designer to attract more online traffic and sales. With that being said, until that happens I guess I get first shot at the cheaper ammo deals in the store since I live in Utah.

I have been there many times. Spent more money than i am willing discuss. And will continue to go there. There service is amazing. They get busy and sometimes you have to wait. But when you are taking to one of there staff they will do anything that they can to answer your questions or concerns. I have gone in there with a few in depth parts questions. The gentleman did not know the answer but found someone who did. I have never been pressure or felt rushed. There prices are good. And there selection is great!
Best prices and service in all of Utah. Browse elsewhere if more convenient but buy here.
