Great experience. Learn something new every time I visit. Staff is always professional, attentive and I appreciate all the appointment reminders - which I need! Always comforting having a group of dental professionals looking-out for my best health. Absolutely topnotch dental practice. I have been treated there for probably 10 years and Dr. Galera has saved my teeth. Outstanding skills. The staff is always very welcoming and nice. I never have to wait for a long time. In and out dentistry. I only wish there was a TV screen directly above the patient so I can watch TV or watch the procedure that is going on. Like a mouth cam, gumpro, oralview or teeth vision. That would be cool. I'm always interested in what's going on in my mouth.
Dr. Galera is a very skilled dentist and dedicated business owner. I have been her patient for five and a half years. However, now that I do not have dental insurance which I previously had through an employer she seems less interested in caring for me. I have always paid in full on date of service so I cannot imagine why this is so. Charges for services are higher for non-insured patients. I feel this is wrong. Dr. Galera and her staff are always so professional and friendly! I never feel like I'm a patient when I am there. I feel like part of the family.
As always, service was perfect. I went in for a cleaning and check up, and Dr. Galera and her staff were awesome. The hygienist, Chris, was very thorough and kind. The receptionists were on top of everything. Dr. Galera was quick to see me and address all my questions. You will not find a better dentist!
I felt very welcomed by the entire staff at Dr. Galera's office. I loved how she explained step by step what she was doing, it made me feel more relaxed. Overall I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Galera's office and would recommend her practice to anyone.
As usual, I had a great appointment. Everyone is so gracious and happy. Must be a great place to work. Thanks so much.
