After having to go to other dental offices due to changes in my insurance for a year, Dr. Galera's office is a cut above the rest in customer service, quality of care, efficiency, competency of staff and even ambience!
Nerissa did great, session was also very informative.
Despite being a patient of Dr. Galera for over 20 years, I was a bit nervous for my regular hygiene appointment. Kris had left, and I didn't know if the new hygienist would give me the same care and treatment as Kris had. As it turned out, I needn't have worried. Nerissa was professional. cleaned my teeth very well, and took care to make sure my sensitive gums didn't hurt during the ultrasonic cleaning. Wow! I've been going to another dentist in the peninsula for the past 20 years, so the idea of finding a new one (due to a change in insurance carriers) was very daunting. When I arrived, I was given a tour of the office, had a personal consultation with Dr. Galera that was extremely detailed--I especially appreciated that she looked at all my previous fillings to check for any damage and went over specifics on my x-rays.
