Today was my 3rd visit with Dr. Thomas. I have to say I’m quite surprised by this practice! Not only is Dr. Thomas and the rest of the staff professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable but the fact that the front office is also organized and efficient is amazing! I’ve never had the experience of finding a GREAT doctor and a Great front office. It’s usually a good doctor but then there’s scheduling conflicts or you end up waiting forever for your appt! Mostly okay. Typical doctor's office. Overbooked. Waited 30 minutes after nurse took my vitals, then decided to leave after such a long wait. Was chided for leaving and being impatient. I like Galen in general, but not this office. I spoke to their corporate office and was able to transfer all my information to another office.
