Dr. Anna Melnikoff and her staff are amazing women that I am so grateful I have found! They listen and educate and help you take the next steps toward better health. Ive never had a more supportive doctor.
I would give 0 stars if it let me! I'm going to put the truth out here about how employees are at this office. First off I have never met people who are so beyond rude and that starts at the front desk and I caught the woman's name her name is Stacy and she is a red headed woman who has blonde pieces in her hair and is at the check in. The office manager really needs to do some evaluations on their employees because that wasn't the only employee who was treating patients this way. I hate that I’m writing this but I would hate for another woman to have the same experience I did, I’ve been sitting on this for months and I still in good faith cannot believe my experience. I do not recommend Dr J. Sandefur with Galen OB. She literally made me cry because of her insensitive comments and just shoved birth control at me at my last appointment instead of discussing options and investigating further for my issues. I saw THREE different doctors at this practice, and each one of them were horrible in their own way. One of them (a male OB) was great up until I had my last child and dismissed my postpartum depression like I was making it up. I changed to a new OB, and felt completely dismissed about possibly having PCOS. I gave them one more try because people used to rant and rave over this practice like it was so great.
