So I was pretty scared after reading previous reviews regarding wait times, but my annual appt was super efficient and I never felt rushed at all. Everyone was extremely friendly and caring! Lots of smiles everywhere. Paper work was filled out prior to the appointment via the portal and a phone call from the office, so I only had to wait like 1 minute in the waiting room. I see Dr. Alicia Allen and she is the best OBGYN (and doctor) I’ve ever seen. She listens to all my concerns and always talks me through it all, always answering my questions. She’s been my doctor with 2 of my babies and I’m so thankful that’s she’s walked through them with me.
Worst practice ever experienced. Literally had surgery and had major post op problems sending me back to the hospital, just to be told that it was nothing by the office and they would see me in a few months. Never would even see me in office to make sure I was ok. Was checked by other doctors, thank goodness...and wasn't ok at all. Never ever, trust or use this practice. Worst of the worst. The receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. Seems like they are not willing to provide any information regarding scheduling or provider's availability over the phone.
