After some new, concerning symptoms, my provider here told me “you already knew you had PCOS so what do you expect me to do?” Every appointment ended with me asking for some medication I read about online without her suggesting any real help. I saw Alicia Fox many, many time but this was the final straw. If you have PCOS, I’d look elsewhere.

If I could give them no stars I would. I was changing doctors and called them. They are so unprofessional they hung up on me. Didn’t even apologize when I called back. The girl slammed the phone down. But as you can see they aren’t great with a 3.3 rating I now feel like I dodged the bullet. Innovative women’s health in Hixson wayyyy better. Chose a better place to get care.

Are they taking new patients? Does anyone have an idea if they are or not ( I am 17 + weeks ) , and another question do they accept transfer?? Please if anyone knows let me know!
