As I write this I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes to even get into a room. Not even counting how long it will be to see the doctor once I get in the room. What is the point of making an appointment for a certain time. In my opinion this practice is in major need of new management.
I have always had excellent care from the doctors at Galen and would highly recommend.
Have been a patient of Dr Jaro before he even joined this practice. Called to set up an appointment for a concussion I have from over the weekend and the refused to see me bc I haven't had a physical in over a year. So yes a Drs office refused to see an existing patient because I haven't had a physical for a concussion......
I just moved back to town and thought Dr. Haun sounded like a great fit. When I called to see if she was taking new patients I was told they do not take patients who don’t have insurance. I can pay but was not even considered.
Regan at the front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. I won’t be back
