I was an established patient with Dr Adams for maybe 2 years. I scheduled an appointment to talk about some new health concerns I was having, particularly that I was continually passing out. He told me he wasn’t too concerned about that. I also had to argue with him to get specific bloodwork done (because I know my own body.) When my levels came back severely deficient I never heard a word about following up on that. He is completely masogonistic and negligent. Do NOT trust him with your health, please.
They pretended they would call me back three out of four times, and on the fourth, they declined my visit and told me to go to the ER after a month and a half of kicking the can. I shared this story with my surgeon Michael Mack who suggested I get an x-ray in the first place, and he told me to leave Galen and never return. And that's exactly what I'm doing.
Highly disappointed in the new answering service. Held for over 5 minutes then call was disconnected, called back and held for over 10 minutes again.
