I Love Dr. Bilbrey. She’s always informative and caring, which in a world of dismissive doctors is awesome. Always checked in quickly at the front desk and sometimes there’s a wait but that’s just how it goes. Occasionally, other patients need more time and that can crawl over into your appointment, but I’ve never had anything but good experiences here and I still drive from Cleveland to Hixson to keep Dr. Bilbrey as my doctor. So I recommend them.
I come from the Integra Vistas apartment fire where my inhaler burnt up in my apartment. Galen refused to write a prescription for a new inhaler because they haven’t seen me in a while. I can’t afford to go to the ER or Urgent care because I’m busy paying for else. Absolutely heartless and disgusting. I’ll just keep struggling to breathe. All good.
Very happy with my care here. Dr. Gober is an amazing Doctor who always listens to my medical problems.
I followed my doctor to Galen Internal Medicine in Hixson. I was happy to do it because she's an excellent doctor. After going there now for nearly 2 years, I am so incredibly frustrated with the billing company they use out of Texas and their staff, that I will no longer be going to see my doctor.
