The service is always prompt. Ruby Patel is awesome. Always making sure all issues are addressed. Take her time you don't feel rushed. The best thing about this office is that they are very responsive. If I sent messages via the portal, they always respond in a timely manner, addressing any issues.

I am so greatful for my nurse practitioner, Ruby Patel. She has encouraged me so much with my diabetes. She is very thorough when it comes to taking the time to explain my needs and encourages me to do well. Praises me when I do well also.
