Showed up for confirmed appointment for an injection. Was informed they don’t give injections. I had received it in December and the next appt was made for 6/24/24 and confirmed that morning. Very rude staff and said I should have gotten a call about the changes. No resolve to this medical issue. I am a retired medical profession and this was completely unacceptable.
Really awful experience here. There was zero care for the spread of bacteria and viruses. These supposed professionals lacked basic insight about how to not spread infection from one part of the body to the other with their tools. The attitude of the nurse practioner was very condescending and she lied to me when I asked her if she thought it was safe to use a tool in my infected ear that was dripping pus and use that same otoscope without changing the end piece in my good ear. I'm so thankful for this clinic!! They worked me in SO quickly for my emergency! I didn't even have to wait 5-10min from my appointment time!! They were very attentive and helpful!! RAVE reviews for Karliee!! She took time to ensure the area was numbed properly, she very quickly and carefully did the minor surgery, took careful steps to ensure it was wrapped and treated, and made sure I had thorough directions for after-care!!
