I wouldn't recommend this place for any services I went with mom for face wax on 7/7/25 at 3:30 was told by an associate that she or no one could wax my mother's face due to not enough time and there was only one customer getting nails done and we're not closing.

I am a usual at this nail salon I walk in all the time, I made an appointment a week earlier and they told me the same day they cant take me right before a wedding I had to go to. They cancelled my appointment and told me nobody can take me .. I will no longer be a customer here finding a nail salon with better service rn don’t care how good they do nails I will never support them again

Owner and his wife are very nice. But maybe need better judgement with who they hire. Recently came in for a manicure & pedicure. I did not have an appointment and agreed to wait since it's fair. Waited an hour - maybe even more. Receptionist told me he would have Elaine work on me. The moment I sat in the techs chair she was annoyed that she had yet another customer. She could not hide her annoyance as she did my hands. I felt the tension so I cancelled the pedicure in which she replied "oh thank you". She was in her car be... read more
