Very good place to live, I workout at the gym almost everyday and I love it!
Really impressed with the quality of the apartments. The staff is really nice and helpful when you have a problem. Definitely the best apartment complex I have lived in, not to mention the bus stops inside make it super easy to get to campus.
I have lived in Gainesville Place for a few weeks now and they have been nothing but welcoming and helpful towards all my questions and concerns. I enjoy calling the front desk for they are extremely patient and understanding. This is a great place to live with a lot of commodities and benefits!
Probably the worst customer service experience in the 3 years I've lived here, and that's under the leadership of "property manager," if that's even an appropriate title, Ms. Mahone. Refused to return several of my phone calls, and forced her leasing agents to deal with issues that only she could resolve. Lacks the interpersonal skills to communicate with residents in time sensitive situations, but has no problem contacting you on resigning... Not today Satan.
Great roommates and amenities. The best gym computers, business office, customer service.
