Lived here for the pat year, been very few issues and they’ve all been resolved fairly quickly such as maintenance requests. Amenities provided are amazing and the overall location is pretty good for the price

Staff and maintenance are amazing. Only lived here a short time but I love it. Super convenient location, awesome amenities, and great community. Recommend the upgraded apartments with the wood vinyl flooring. Much cleaner feel and better deal compared to the standard version
GP has the best maintenance men. So much love for Dustin and David!
They have good amenities like the pool, gym and printing services. Internet service goes in and out. The upgraded are much better deal than the non upgraded.
First year living here and I’m loving it. Everyone is extremely friendly, the area is beautiful and clean. 10/10 recommend.
