RecommendedGainesville place is a great place to live if your looking to save money and enjoy a modern space! I definitely recommend living here if you also love the pool and gym. They have it designed nicely and looks super chic!

Out of all my apartment experiences, this one has been the best! Maintenance is so friendly and works immediately! Everyone is honestly so welcoming. I definitely see myself staying here until I’m done with school.
I have lived in Gainesville Place for 5 years now and would recommend to anyone. The office and maintenance team are all professional, friendly, and take care of any issues quickly. The complex is well kept and beautiful with plants and trees. The location is convenient. Hands down the best set of amenities in Gainesville.
