I honestly really like this apartment complex. Unlike others I had a really pleasant move in and living experience. Never saw roaches or anything as such and got a really good rental amount
I lived here 11 years ago and it was awesome back then.
Literally nothing gets done for your residents. Put in numerous requests over time about a leak in our ceiling that is still there, our water heater being broken for a week (and it STILL is), and having complete power outage twice in a day. When our washing machine broke and our kitchen was FLOODED it took hours for anything to be done about it. Dryer barely functions either. Also a shit ton of roaches. Don't subject yourself to this bullshit; live somewhere where they aren't making useless renovations and are using money to... read more
Living here isn't terrible but we've put in numerous requests to fix/replace our virtually unusable caved in love seat over the last SIX MONTHS and it continues to be broken. Our couch is now also showing signs of caving in. We called that in also, still nothing.� It's kind of embarrassing to be paying for a furnished apartment while the two most prominent features of the living room are broken. I'll fix the review when you fix our couches, GP.
