Sold me 1 weight but its advertised as you are buying weights. Who buys 1 weight and not 1 set of weights? Why do I want 1 dumbbell for $30.00? This is just really unfair and wrong. I paid $19.00 for shipping too. I email in and it says we are too busy and will take us 3 business days...call in and an auto message says please email us. Its just very disappointing to have an experience like this.

very disappointed with the service. The shipping charges are very high, but the order was not delivered in full and I'm left with 1 dumbbell I cannot use or return. Waste of my time and money.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Not to mention their shipping and packaging departments are also completely laughable. Definitely will never be ordering another product from this garbage company ever again. Also Brittany the supervisor and Laura are really stupid and need to grow a pair of they are going to work in customer service.
I placed an order on the 5th of May and received confirmation of my order on the 6th which states delivery in 2-5 business days. Since then I haven't had heard anything from Gaiam; no updates telling me if my order has been fulfilled or dispatched. I emailed on the 12th to find out what is happening to my order and had no response. I have also messaged Gaiam via Instagram and again no response. It has the worst customer service reps. I’m not the only one that thinks so, I’ve read similar complaints online.
The only reason I ordered from Gaiam was for the kettlebell listed in stock. Everything else shipped in a fairly reasonable time and only after I inquired about the missing kettlebell was I told my order could not be fulfilled and the rest was cancelled.
RecommendedI am a Fitness Trainer, also teach all studio Freestyle Group Exercise Classes. I use and 100% recommended Gaiam Yoga mats as they do the job we all want them to do. My 6mm Premium Mats last, I only get a new one, when I fancy a new colour. All the mats non Gaiam I have bought in the past, would bearly last me 3months. Would never bother with any other brand x
