I purchased a Gaiam Pilates Bar Kit from my local Target. The box claims that there are free digital workouts and an exercise guide available on their site. They do not exist.
I ordered over 300$ in merchandise and it was returned to Gaiam because they did not address it correctly. Then I emailed them and they were unhelpful and rude I did get a refund but they have taken no responsibility. I am opening a small business and now I do not feel comfortable ordering from them. So the mistake on their part has cost me more time and money than our small budget would permit ... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Recommendedso happy to have my Gaiam mat again! my beloved mat had started to separate after 3 years of hot yoga, 3 times a week. I tried two other brands of mat, only to be disappointed. you honored your lifetime warranty and sent me a brand new one! I will never use another brand now.

My wife & I both love our Gaiam yoga blocks. They are an excellent addition to our daily practice. They provide extra stability during balance postures and guide our alignment throughout class. They have also helped progress our crow pose! We’ve had two blocks for over 5 years and they are still fully functional. We now have a small collection. :-) HIGHLY recommend!
I love your videos and instructors! I was excited about my purchase of the COREPLUS REFORMER. Unfortunately I was 3/4th into the workout when the cord snapped the FIRST using it. It's not lengthy enough for taller people. I purchased it at Sierra Trading Post while on vacation. Do you make a lengthier cord? Can I get a replacement please?

I selected expedited shipping; one thing led to another and it didn't come in on time. I called Gaiam customer service and explained what happened and asked if I could have the cost of shipping refunded. I am pleased to say that Gaiam has graciously agreed to send replacement pieces for my broken exercise ball chair free off charge with no questions asked. The metal bar broke at the insertion point on the chair. I emailed them about it and asked for replacement parts yesterday and received an email indicating they were shipped today. Now that is how you do business.
I had a yoga mat as a present and it was promoted on the grip aspect. I tried it and had to take it back as I was unable to hold my poses - not the cheapest mat at $54 too.
