I'm very disappointed that I paid for an app that you are now changing to a subscription service. I'm told to press the Restore button but mine does not work. When will you be fixing this for those of you that bought prior to the change?

I contacted Gaiam to see if I could purchase a replacement lid for my water bottle. My particular lid was from a discontinued model, but they sent a compatible lid at no cost. So impressed!
My package arrived incomplete, since only the block arrived, when I paid for the mat, the mat's protective bag, that is, the complete package "HAMSA YOGA KIT" I am waiting for a response and a solution, please send me my complete package or return my money
Stop false advertising. Do not say a code I valid SITEWIDE and lie. BLACKFRIDAY30 does not work "site wide". Disappointing.
I am blown away by Gaiam’s customer service. I contacted them a week ago regarding my 6-month old dry-grip mat. It had lost a significant amount of grip and had become quite slippery, which was a problem since I do hot yoga 3-4 times per week. I just received my replacement mat with absolutely no hassle. I am SO appreciative and impressed by the experience!
@gaiam Your Motto says “.....for the Real you....”. Welp, here’s the REAL ME for a while. Thank you @wallyhubert for the new yoga socks WITH EXPOSED TOES and grippy bottoms! I spend a lot of time Elevating my broken leg/ankle but I can still do my yoga stretches!!
