Thank you Gaiam customer service and thank you Brittany Schmitz! So happy I chose Gaiam to order my yoga mat (the Studio Select Dry-Grip Yoga Mat 6mm). I selected expedited shipping; one thing led to another and it didn't come in on time. RecommendedI am pleased to say that Gaiam has graciously agreed to send replacement pieces for my broken exercise ball chair free off charge with no questions asked. The metal bar broke at the insertion point on the chair. I emailed them about it and asked for replacement parts yesterday and received an email indicating they were shipped today. Now that is how you do business.
I had a yoga mat as a present and it was promoted on the grip aspect. I tried it and had to take it back as I was unable to hold my poses - not the cheapest mat at $54 too.
I ordered 5 yoga straps and received five yoga SOCKS. The problem is trying to get some help to resolve the issue. I have tried and tried calling and emailing. No one EVER answers when I call. No one EVER calls back when I use the call back feature. No one EVER emails me back when I email. Do not buy from Gaiam...go elsewhere. There is no customer service.
After having ball chair for year and few months several parts were replaced several times. Now since warranty is up they won’t do nothing when the chair is apparently warranty issue and should be replaced being with instead diff parts of it
Wow... I really wish I read the reviews before purchasing my yoga mat made by Gaiam. I purchased a mat from a retailer a few months ago. The Mat is pretty but it is so slippery!!! It is actually scary to practice yoga on it!!!! It also moves all around the floor and I am embarrassed to use it in the Yoga studio I attend! What a dishonest and dispicable corporation. I bought an app and paid for it a year or two ago. At the time it was not a subscription. Now on mg new phone I've lost everything i paid for and rheae disgusting cheats are making me pay for a subscription. They are so dispicable. Don't buy from them. I will take all of my future business elsewhere.. I spent weeks contacting their support multiple times and they assured me it would be fixed in updates and aftee months it was for 1 day. I recently purchased the Gaiam Lavender Thumb & Wrist Wrap for my RA hand pain. There is no way to adjust the wrap to fit your hand. There is a small elastic piece that could have easily been constructed to adjust and fit any size hand. It is too big and does not even cover my thumb and does not wrap all the way around my wrist. It is no way snug or form fitting. There is no size mentioned on the packaging, leaving you to assume there is a way to adjust it to fit your hand. I am so very disappointed in this product.
