RecommendedI have a pair of leggings that I absolutely love.
I received a yoga mat and bag as a gift a few months ago and the zipper won’t stay closed on the bag. It looks brand new . I have taken very good care of it. I called your customer service only to be told that the best you could do after 30 days is give me a code for 20% off another bag. Really? I already have one that’s defective. Why would I buy another? Very disappointed.
I purchased a brand new office chair that's supposed to have a ball with it and it did not come with the ball and so I have been told that I have to buy one even though it should have came with one they will not help me out at all on this I would not recommend this company to anybody they do not care about customer satisfaction they do not care about keeping customers all they care about is getting money. I paid $70 for this chair and they want me to pay $30 more for a ball that should have came with the chair ridiculous

For a company this size and who market themselves for selling quality products for yoga they DO NOT stand behind them! Just ordered a “no slip” mat towel for hot yoga. After fighting with it sliding and bunching up around my feet for 75 minutes. I corresponded per email with as associate who asked me completely irrelevant questions and then said she couldn’t help and encouraged me to have a good day.
