Look at how the reviews have change...if I could give no stars I would. You should have provided a new upgraded Yoga Studio app rather than just block us from the one we paid for. Many would have paid for a new app because we enjoyed the original app...but not the way you did that. Poor marketing..and the Gaiam brand has just lost that "yoga feeling" and many followers!
Loved Gaiam until they changed their app to a monthly pay app! I paid full price years ago and used the app almost every day. Without notice or reason they changed it, also for their loyal customers. Very unfriendly to treat your fan base like that! Hope to see change!
Horrible app switch to a subscription model. Time for everyone that paid for the app to request a refund from the app store that they purchased it from. Notice how Gaiam is not responding to these complaints.
Gaiam, if you have any awareness at all, you should look I at all the Yoga App Studio comments and READ EVERY SINGLE one of them. Your app rating has also morosely plummeted. Highly doubt you have any more downloads since. It's unlikely you will be making any more $$$ from this, therefore, you have no more sustainability from this app. Just return the old content that everyone has paid for, and hire new developers to create new content for everyone else to subscribe from. This company did something really shitty with the Yoga Studio App. Read the other reviews if you want the details. Dont care about the money, just the moral principles that should be followed in business.
My wife and I use your YogaStudio app and have paid for it when the first got it. I has been terrific for us. Now to continue using your App that we have already paid for, we now need to pay for a subscription? It would have been nice if you left the app where it was, and added new subscription features. That way if people were happy with the app the way it was, we could still use it as is. I would have given you 5 stars if the app stayed purchasable, and not a subscription service. The yoga studio app was the best until your newest update, which meant to force users to pay a monthly subscription. I paid $4.99 for the app and now I can't use it as I had for many months because I won't be paying you monthly. I really don't understand how you can screw your loyal customers over in this way. I used to recommended you to everyone and I am so sorry I ever did. You guys messed up big time.
Gaiam is a fraudulent company! The sold yoga studio app to hundreds of thousands of people then spit in everyone's faces when the stole are content Via an update and tried to force us to pay a monthly fee. Obviously they don't believe in Karma but I do and it's about to catch up😉
Ruined their app which used to be great. Charging a subscription for it now when it used to be a one time fee, which I already paid over a year ago. Funny a yoga company would have such bad ethics in their business practices. Never supporting this company ever again in regards to any of their products.
