Ordered some dumbbells because they were sold out everywhere in stores. My order was only partly fulfilled because some items sold out in the process of my order shipping. The company reached out to me and made it right! The rest of my order is back in stock and I should be receiving it soon. I appreciate the excellent customer service!

Bought the Pilates ball, blow it up and go to put the peg in and all the air comes put pretty much immediately. Wrote a message to get some assist since, they didn't reply for 10 days then their only advice was to over inflate the ball. I replied and their response was 'get someone to help you'. They clearly don't have any knowledge of their own products and don't care about their reputation or customer service whatsoever. Hello Melissa, apologies for our delay as our volume is quite high. I also apologize you're having difficulties inflating a ball with a straw. I recommended over-inflating it so by the time you pull the straw out to insert the plug, you'll only loose air to the point where the ball is properly inflated. There is no other advice I can give besides seeking help if you're unable to inflate the small ball with a straw.
This company was long beloved, but the last few years the quality of their yoga clothing, specifically the bootcut yoga pant, has gone from AAA to F. Lost customer.

Gaiam's customer service is terrible. I placed an order on their website, only to find the same item elsewhere for half price. I tried cancelling the order within an hour of placing, and am now told there is no cancelling once placed. I've wasted time and money, and am completely disappointed. Never again, Gaiam.

It would be helpful if the box had some warning about latex. I bought a 3 pack of loop bands from walmart and the box says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the product containing Latex, which I am allergic to. I didn't realise the problem until I started to exercise and my skin started to burn.

Super disappointed with the service and the quality. The shipping charges are very high, and the order took like two weeks and a half, then Fedex lost the package...by this time they have already charged me for the weights. After another two weeks and bad experience with customer service the weights finally arrived in bad condition. Waste of my time and money. Avoid this company...

I'm actually seriously beginning to wonder if this company is legit... I paid in full for a yoga mat and have not received it, or any answers to my emails. I would say it's the worst customer service ever, but they don't appear to even have any customer service....

Hello, I just responded to another one of your comments. I believe you ordered from Gaiam.se - they are based in Europe and a different company than use. We're based in Ohio, in the United States for our warehouse and Colorado for our corporate office. We have no international shipping, different employee's, products, policies, etc.
The website pulled the money out of my account, I’ve received no order confirmation, it took several attempts for the payment to go through and it only went through when I tried to back out, the website told me only the payment went through but it encountered an error
