They treat their employees like crap, especially the older employees. The equipment is old, warn out and hand-me-down garbage and the company expects good results. If an employee gets injured on the job, they wait until the FLMA is exhausted and they terminate them without cause. I hope the company treats their parents and grand parents better than they treated me - it borders on elder abuse!!!
