The entire process went without a hitch! Very professional from front staff to the medical assistant to Dr Hopkin. I would highly recommend this office. They took great care of Jalen and were extremely friendly as well!
Just got out 4 wisdom teeth extracted, in and out and home in an hour and a half. Thanks Doc and all the people who helped.
Dr. Hopkin and the entire Salem staff are awesome. I am one of those people with a bad history with dental visits, but they always make me feel very at ease. I asked one of the ladies on one visit if Dr. Hopkin is as mellow to work with when the patients are not around or when they are asleep as he is when talking to his patients? She answered yes and that he is very patient and a great teacher. I have a lot more respect and gratitude for doctors in what they do in how they treat their staff when the patients are not around.... read more
Dr Kennedy was so friendly and fun that he took all the worry out for my daughter about getting her wisdom teeth out. The staff was all friendly and efficient. It was a great patient care and knowledgeable doctors.
Went in a little scared knowing I would have to have a molar extracted, with in minuets the staff put me at ease. Dr. Hopkin answered all my questions and the procedure was over before I knew it. Thank you all very much
My son had oral surgery this morning with Dr. Hopkin. He and the staff were amazing with my rather anxious 11 year old. Everyone in the office is so calm and kind, they make the entire process so easy.
Went in to the Albany office the morning after being hit while on my way home, and had a wonderful experience with all the staff there. Dr. Hopkin saw me within an hour of me calling from my home in Corvallis, and got my teeth stabilized quickly. His instructions for me were clear and concise, and I'm looking forward to my follow-up appt that they happily scheduled for me near my home at the Corvallis office.
