Verified Renter The amount of smoking in the building has gotten worse. two elevators are down (still). one is almost always down and has been for years. parking is very limited because management will not stop non-residents from parking in the gated resident parking. gym could use improvements. The pool is nice, the staff is friendly. 24 hour concierge is amazing. great location.
Verified Renter It's nice to come each day to an apartment that we love to call home. The management team is outstanding, and go out of their way to answer any questions or concerns we may have. Stephanie, Jerold, and Evangelina are friendly, always welcoming, and true professionals. If we need anything and they can help, they will. The concierges, (James and Jill) always have a smile on their face and are extremely helpful in making sure our guests are treated well.
