Verified Renter It’s a great apartment building. Concierge is good. Common area is nice. The location is great. Good balcony space and nice views! But the apartments and the interiors are old.

Verified Renter Maintenance is incredible here. The only complaint I really have is the elevators. Other than that I love living here. Also, the office staff is very helpful. I wish there wasn’t such a switch in the concierges.

Verified Renter As a six year resident I'm very happy I chose Park Seventeen as my home. Management is always helpful and quick to respond to answer any question, or resolve any issue that may arise. Michael and Octavia are always pleasant and willing to help. And, maintenence is, and always has been outstanding. And I want to give a shout out to the ladies who keep the building clean on a daily basis. All-in-all I'm very satisfied.
