Verified Renter Huge upgrade from my suburban apartment complex for only about 10% more. Quiet and cool while in the heart of downtown dallas with 20 unique restaurants plus supermarkets and friendly parks all within 10 minutes walk. If you want to drive less and love more this is the way to go.
