37 Grand Apartments is absolutely wonderful Beautiful, clean, and luxurious apartments. Rafael the manager is excellent; The maintenance team is always available and responds right away. The property is quiet, private, and very well-kept, with great amenities like the pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse. Excellent location — close to Coral Gables, the airport, and major highways. Thank you so much to Rafael for his hospitality, if you know Miami you know it’s hard to find good customer service around here. He helped me and my husband out when we thought we couldn’t find a good area with a decent price. So far living here has been good.
