These guys are the absolute bottom of the barrel. We lived on the 5th floor and it was plagued week after week with roaches and water leaks, damaging 2k in electronics on top. To make matters worst they spilled commercial paint all over our new expensive patio furniture and offered $250!! While they were negotiaing with us on compensation, they were quietly drawing up an eviction. They are the epitome of everything that's ugly in this world.
