I've been a patient of Dr. Smith for years. She provides the most thorough eye care I've ever experienced and is always upbeat and friendly. I have complicated eye needs and she is an amazing problem solver. She can think outside the box and most of all, she really listens to her patients needs and wants. She never pushes expensive products, she always explains all options from least to most expensive options. Her explanations are easy to understand. Front desk staff and technicians are all fantastic as well!
I saw Dr. Smith as was having some unique issues with my vision which would become blurry on occasion. Ms. Smith was lovely, professional and courteous and resolved my issues. No more blurry vision which was awesome. So grateful and the staff who fitted me with frames were great also. More than pleased 🙂
I had a wonderful experience today with Nav. She was very comforting during my eye exam. Very sweet personality. Doctor Dana is also a wonderful Optometrist.
It was my first visit to the Spryfield branch of FYi doctors and the service by the staff was relaxed yet highly professional. Dr. Mikkelsen is an excellent optometrist and I will certainly come back in the future!
Dr. Smith is amazing and I always feel very well taken care of here! Erika at the front desk is also always there for anything I might need help with along the way! 10/10 recommend this location!!!
