It was a bit out of our price range but the dealership and I came to an agreement on a price via text message. The day we were going in to purchase it they contacted me and changed the price. They ended up asking for about 1500 more than agreed on and my wife and I opted out of the deal. Got a great deal on a solid car.
After confirming price with Carlos online, me and my husband drove 3 hours to this store to buy the car. They let us wait around for 2 hours for the paperworks while they run around accompany other customers, that is just rude. Is like once they know you're buying the car you are no longer the priority. I brought a trade in which I appraised at carmax before driving to their store, they reappraised my car for almost 5k under what carmax offered me.
