Terrible communication. I messaged them many times with specific questions about a car the listed. Their only response was to ask when I was coming to look at it in person. No answers to anything.
Excellent buying experience. We were interested in the 2007 Honda Element. We drove an hour+ to first test drive the vehicle, then negotiate the purchase, including a trade-in. Dave H. was very amiable and helpful. After the test drive, we negotiated price and came to a satisfactory business deal. Bought this ride. Be educated and know your parameters when buying a car. But the owner Author is a good guy. I was very happy with the starting price and the deal. I would buy from these guys again.

Buying a car from across the country is hard enough. A used car makes it more difficult. Future Auto Sales was very professional, they answered all of my questions, gave me a virtual tour of the car and accommodated me when I sent a mechanic to inspect it. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
I went to look at one car, but bought another. This is a great dealer to work with. Cars are all clean and very fair prices.
Completely fair, strait forward, no surprises, a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this family run dealership, I was pleasantly surprised and got the vehicle I wanted.
