FAS rep responded to my inquiry withen the same day. They answered my questions re. the vehicle I was interested in to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I was not available to take a test drive.

They contacted me and were very friendly but I had already bought a vehicle
I did visit them, i had great experience with them . I went there with my family they treated us great , never been in a used car lot that had that many nice and unique cars. Sales team was great. No rush no pressure which is really important for me.My family test drove 2-3 cars and finally we found the one we want and need. We bought a nice Cadillac escalade with low miles. They only sent a generic automated response to my request for a test drive. No one bothered to follow up and then the car was sold shortly after.
Thet told me they had the car. I lifted all the way to Glendale and they'd taken the car to auction. No one bothered to notify me. Very disrespectful. They deserve no star.
Good customer service though I did not have the chance to buy the vehicle salespeople were very willing to help.
Carlos Gomes contacted me and has kept in touch, and was helpful and gave some suggestions on a different option. I am still trying to decide.
Good people I may travel to look at it.
