Do not do business with these people! They are crooks. Took my scooter in for repairs, charged $700, then called to charge an additional $1,100! When I tried to just pick up my scooter after paying the 700, they denied me my own scooter and demanded more money! Management said I had no choice but to sign it over or pay. Being bullied and defeated over my own property by these crooks should not be in business to screw people. Be very aware of this business!
I purchased a scooter yesterday from Fusion Cycles. David Goolie was my salesperson. I learned that people who buy scooters come from all aspects of life. My story is this: I bought it for my girlfriend’s 16 year-old son, who can operate a car well, and explore his environment. It’s just that he is impatient to get a plastic card-like document. Buy and get screwed!
Unfortunately I cannot give fusion cycles a good review I brought a bike back in February to them I needed the gas tank cleaned granted it is an older bike and tougher to work on I get it so it's been 5 months and I just received my bike today in the 5 months they had it they could not get it running it was running when I brought it there was told by Juan it was also running after being cleaned but leaking gas so Juan tells me I need a gasket for carb I say ok Juan calls next day saying i need a new carb i say ok fo it anoth... read more
This is the worst business I have ever seen. They told me they could fix something on my bike, I brought it in and when I called to check on it they wouldn't answer my texts or calls for over a month. When I went in they were disrespectful and rude. They were disorganized and couldn't even find the key to my bike. They gave me back my gas tank in a worse condition than when I brought it in - completely rusted out- said sorry and did nothing to fix the problem. I would stay away from this shop.
Need to come here everyone is awesome here. Itâs a one stop shop with great service
