WORST FURNITURE STORE EVER!!!! THE STORE IN Lacy HAS PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT TO THE STORE 4 TOTAL TIMES. ALL IN ALL- I WAS JUDGED BY THEIR PISS POOR SALESMAN AND LIED TO WHEN I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER TO ADDRESS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE. I FOUND OUT LATER AT THE KENT OFFICE THAT THE STORE IN LACEY LIED TO ME TWICE ABOUT WHO THE MANAGER WAS. I EVEN WROTE A LETTER TO SEND TO THE OWNER OR GENERAL MANAGER OF FACTORY FURNITURE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEIR 'NAMES' WERE NOT TO BE DISCLOSED. THAT IS REALLY SHADY. SO A... read more

Where's the legs!! I love the couch and chaise that I purchased. However, when I set up the couch, four of the eight legs were missing. It has been four weeks since I brought the couch home, and still, no legs. I have contacted customer service three times already and still have not got this issue resolved. If the customer service after the sale was as good as the service before the sale, I would be happy. At this time, I'm not so happy!!

Would do it again I read the reviews before I bought here (which weren't great); however, I looked elsewhere and couldn't beat the prices so decided to take a chance. The quality of the bedroom items I selected were very good, so I feel confident that they will last a long time. My advice to people is to READ the items they ask you to initial off on, and DO NOT leave the warehouse without inspecting your merchandise. If you do this, you will be way ahead of everyone else.

Highly unsatisfied with Lacey store. Highly unsatisfied with Lacey store. Staffs are rude, Manager is highly in-cooperative & un professional. Sales person only cares about sales, tries to hide the fact. Store force to sign the contract.

Very unpleasent experience with Furniture Factory Direct Very unpleasent experience with Furniture Factory Direct, Lacey,wa. My recommendation, never buy any product from Store. Manager is rude and is not capable of solving problem.

good experience We are very happy with our purchase. Our salesman (Preston) did not try to "hard sell" us. Which would have lost him a sale. He was informative without being pushy, which we greatly appreciate. Delivery made in the time frame promised.

Bad Experience The worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. They said it would be 2-4 weeks for my stuff to come in, it took 9 weeks. I had to call them every time they didn't call me once. When I did call I would be "forgot" on hold (this happened twice). I was told I would be called back after a computer "reboot" and then 2 hours later I had to call them back. When I got my furniture the tables legs didn't have any of the bolts needed so I had to go buy some because I didn't want to wait.

Great! We had a great experience buying our dining room table and buffet. We spent a lot of time looking and comparing, set up the delivery, and just waited for our furniture, which was delivered on time and in perfect condition. No pressure, a very good experience.

good job Great experience for myself and my mom. they took all the time she needed to make her purchase and explaind in simple terms what she needed to know. the item was delievered as promised by two very polite men who also was patient and smiling the entire time. Very Pleased!!
