Clearly the best place to go Our experiance was amazing. Dan was awsome he is absolutly "The Man" to see. He is a "no pressure" salesman that has an extensive knowledge of how a room should look. He even carried endtables around the showroom so we could see how they would complement the couches. Where's the legs!! I love the couch and chaise that I purchased. However, when I set up the couch, four of the eight legs were missing. It has been four weeks since I brought the couch home, and still, no legs. I have contacted customer service three times already and still have not got this issue resolved. If the customer service after the sale was as good as the service before the sale, I would be happy. At this time, I'm not so happy!!
Three purchases later and still happy. I have purchased furniture from this store on 3 separate occasions; each time with a different salesperson but the same low pressure easy transaction. I tend to have done a lot of research online before I ever set foot in a store and after relating my preferences to the sales people I have never been harassed or otherwise made to feel badgered into purchasing I was not happy with. Bad Experience The worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. They said it would be 2-4 weeks for my stuff to come in, it took 9 weeks. I had to call them every time they didn't call me once. When I did call I would be "forgot" on hold (this happened twice). I was told I would be called back after a computer "reboot" and then 2 hours later I had to call them back. When I got my furniture the tables legs didn't have any of the bolts needed so I had to go buy some because I didn't want to wait.
Excellent work I have had the pleasure of spending time in this store on many occasions. I have enjoyed my service each time I was in. My furniture has always (3 seperate orders) come in on time and in good condition. I highly recommend this store to all of my friends and family.
good job Great experience for myself and my mom. they took all the time she needed to make her purchase and explaind in simple terms what she needed to know. the item was delievered as promised by two very polite men who also was patient and smiling the entire time. Very Pleased!!
Highly unsatisfied with Lacey store. Highly unsatisfied with Lacey store. Staffs are rude, Manager is highly in-cooperative & un professional. Sales person only cares about sales, tries to hide the fact. Store force to sign the contract. After buying the product now i realized that it is worth buying good product from other store. I will never recommend anybody for this store.
Would do it again I read the reviews before I bought here (which weren't great); however, I looked elsewhere and couldn't beat the prices so decided to take a chance. The quality of the bedroom items I selected were very good, so I feel confident that they will last a long time. My advice to people is to READ the items they ask you to initial off on, and DO NOT leave the warehouse without inspecting your merchandise. If you do this, you will be way ahead of everyone else.
Customer We shopped and bought twice.We returned because items were in stock and delivered as promised, but mostly,returned because of our sales person, Erica Early. Erica was candid and honest from the beginning. I don't usually trust salespeople... Erica is the exception. She was knowledgeable of the bedroom suites on the floor and provided us information we needed on quality and price. Ask for Erica to help you with your purchase.
