Three purchases later and still happy. I have purchased furniture from this store on 3 separate occasions; each time with a different salesperson but the same low pressure easy transaction. I tend to have done a lot of research online before I ever set foot in a store and after relating my preferences to the sales people I have never been harassed or otherwise made to feel badgered into purchasing I was not happy with. Excellent work I have had the pleasure of spending time in this store on many occasions. I have enjoyed my service each time I was in. My furniture has always (3 seperate orders) come in on time and in good condition. I highly recommend this store to all of my friends and family.
One great visit, one poor visit Our experience with the Lacey store was mostly very good. We bought a dining set from Kenneth and found him to be helpful and not too pushy. The furniture arrived earlier than the expected date and was delivered with no problems. The delivery crew was prompt, professional and quick. We are very happy with the new furniture. Satisfied I have purchased a new home and have had a ball finding new furniture for it to replace the old that I wanted to get rid of. Almost every purchase has been w/Furniture Factory Direct. Spent time in the Tacoma store as well, but had some shipped to the Lacey outlet. Everything has been exactly as ordered. With one exception, all has arrived when promised. Unprofessional Bad service. Unprofessional. We ordered a couch and waited 3 weeks for delivery. The salesperson was adamant that we pick it up with in 48 hrs of delivery. The salesman said it would be here Saturday so I arranged for a friend to meet me with his truck. We got to the furniture store and the sales person said "Oh, it turns out it's not here, it won't be here until tomorrow or monday". I asked to speak to a manager 3 times and the salesperson told me "No, he'll say the same thing, there's nothing we can do about... read more
Customer We shopped and bought twice.We returned because items were in stock and delivered as promised, but mostly,returned because of our sales person, Erica Early. Erica was candid and honest from the beginning. I don't usually trust salespeople... Erica is the exception. She was knowledgeable of the bedroom suites on the floor and provided us information we needed on quality and price. Ask for Erica to help you with your purchase.
Fire the Manger/Keep Erica While I have high expectations of customer service I have generally come to expect exceptionally poor customer service and high pressured sales from furniture stores. This is not what I found at the Lacey location of Furniture Factory. I met a young lady named Erica Early, who has got to be one of the most professional, helpful people I have ever met in a sales possition.
Professional Staff, Good Service The salesman who helped me at the Lacey location in a very gracious manner was Preston. He did not ever pressure me to buy, yet was available when I was ready to. The bedroom set I bought was affordable, seemingly durable AND handsome to look at.
Terrible Customer Service My wife and I purchased a bookcase at Factory direct at the the Lacey location on 07/03/10. Since it was not in stock we were given an estimated date of 8-10 week. It is now 10/14/10 and we still haven??t received our bookcase. It's been 17 weeks since we paid in full at the time of purchase and we are still waiting!
