Shipping area guy was rude, but couches are great! We found a lovely micro suede couch set with an ottoman. We went to pick up at an arranged weekend, and when we got there, no one was helpful! The guy at the back door was rude and in a bad mood. We got our couch, love seat, and chair, however the ottoman was missing. So we had to go in, and they said it would be in in May! Thats 2 months away! No apology, or sorry was offered. Not even a discount for this inconvenience that was sprung on us when we got there for the lack of... read more

He didn't follow us around but was readily available when we needed him. He was incredible informative and answered all our questions, really helping us pick out the perfect set. Great! We had a great experience buying our dining room table and buffet. We spent a lot of time looking and comparing, set up the delivery, and just waited for our furniture, which was delivered on time and in perfect condition. No pressure, a very good experience.
Unprofessional Bad service. Unprofessional. We ordered a couch and waited 3 weeks for delivery. The salesperson was adamant that we pick it up with in 48 hrs of delivery. The salesman said it would be here Saturday so I arranged for a friend to meet me with his truck. We got to the furniture store and the sales person said "Oh, it turns out it's not here, it won't be here until tomorrow or monday". I asked to speak to a manager 3 times and the salesperson told me "No, he'll say the same thing, there's nothing we can do about... read more
Life after Divorce I was more than pleased with my experience. My salesperson was very informative and took great care of me. I came back four different times, and each time the sales person was patient and understood that I was going through a divorce, and had no clue where to begin. Each salesperson I who walked by said hello with a friendly smile. The store seemed upbeat with nice music playing. I ended up Filing my living room and bedroom with furniture from them, and my mattress is amazing.
