one of a kind able to meet all my needs and then some. i wasn't satisfied after my first couple of applications due to too many weeds. called them and they had a manager out shortly after. he then explained to me what my lawn needed to look how i wanted it to and was able to give me a free treatment for weeds that weren't gone yet.
Best in WNY Great service, great looking lawn. I started out last spring with a mess of dandelions, crab grass and clover. I honestly was close to just nuking the whole thing and starting over from seed but a neighbor convinced me to let Funk give it a season. Within 2 months I had a lush green lawn that was weed free. We walk around our neighborhood a lot and have noticed the Funk tagged lawns always seem to look the best.
Good services Funk is really helpful - and the great thing is that you never have to be home. They are really accomodating and will leave an estimate at your door. In addition, they will leave you the bill and you just mail it in. They are also the only lawn care service that I could find that has a special service for spraying for bugs. We have not had very many bugs at all this year after the spray!
worker They treat their workers like crap,know from exp,worked you ten hours a day and never get overtime what a joke.
Unhappy horrible service, treatments did nothing !!!! Company called me and hit me with direct mail over and over, then a call by the owner of the company, I signed, had a bad treatment, caled and called and never heard back from them.
Awful Customer Service Both my neighbors use this service and unfortunately I am stuck in the middle of them. Each time they come to spray the cut across the front of my lawn dragging their equipment while the spray is leaking unto to my lawn. I have called numerous times about this and their response is "would you like an estimate?" I choose not to use Funk constantly is on my property spraying because it is obvious easier for their lazy employees to use my yard as a crosswalk.
A+ 2 treatments and my dandelions are all gone. great customer service and bill payment options, you can tell they care about the customer especially when the owner himself is willing to call customers personally.
