Phenomenal trainers and facilities. My son took the ninja warrior class and it was fantastic. I've never seen him work so hard and be so happy about it! Highly recommend these guys.
We love it! I have watched my son's confidence and strength grow in such a short time in the American Ninja Warrior classes. I love how they incorporate skills, accountability, teamwork, and discipline all in one class. Coach Mike and staff are awesome with kids and parents! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Functions of Life!
The last 4 months has been life changing for me coming here and the trainers at FOL are what makes this the place to be at! Thank you guys!
