Amazing gym!!! I will be back for sure! So glad I finally found Joe again! His boxing class is a great workout! I'll be trying more classes for a variety!

Tried my first class today on the free week pass, kickboxing with Mike, and absolutely loved it!! Mike walked around the entire time helping and encouraging everyone and made sure that I understood everything that we were doing! It was a good workout, worked all the areas I need to work on and was a good mix of strength and cardio! I appreciated that he took the time to get to know me and tell me about the different programs offered and what they could do for me - looking forward to trying a few more classes this week!!

My son had an awesome 10th birthday here! Mike was great with the kids and encouraged them to do things I wouldn't have thought possible! Nice facilities! Highly recommend.
