Great gym! A lot of space, variety of classes for all ages and levels and knowledgeable coaching staff. Class schedule makes it convenient to workout before or after work and on the weekends.
I was so very impressed by the way “The Little Ninja Warrior “ class was coached. My Very Busy High Energy 4 year old Absolutely Loved Everything About it. He tells everyone how He is a Ninja Warrior lol I have to say He was Exhausted after the class and fell asleep before his bedtime . So it was a Great Tuesday night � for All of us.
FOL is a top notch facility led by a talented and passionate fitness coach, Mike. He coached my son's 8 year old birthday party through fun obstacles and team building activities.He has a knack for organizing the chaos of working with kids and promoting his passion with kindness and encouragement. He was very helpful to me organizing what I needed to make my portion of the birthday party go smooth. We'll be back for more!
Love the classes here. Great instructors and variety. Great birthday parties too!
Wow! What an amazing birthday party our 7 year old had with a bunch of his friends and Mike! All of his friends loved it! We love Functions of Life Ninja Warrior classes!!!!
