I worked with Lauren for a pulled calf muscle and then to prepare for my first marathon. The lessons about my own body were both amazing and invaluable to my success. Every time I go for a run or step on the treadmill, Lauren's voice enters my mind to consciously adjust to the appropriate form she taught me. Thank You!
Today I went to see Merci for bladder control problems. I had gone to see a therapist before but still had some ongoing problems. A friend of mine told me to see Merci so I thought I would give her a try. Today was my first session. Merci addressed all my concerns and suggested new ways and exercises to help me to control my bladder. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during our visit! I'm looking forward to our next visit!
Merci is a wonderful therapist! My first postpartum session was very educative and she gave me exercises to continue at home to rehabilitate my pelvic floor and all the connected muscles. After just over a week of doing these exercises daily I could already feel the difference! I look forward to our next session.
I recently saw Merci for my diastasis recti. She was super knowledgable, professional and explained everything clearly. In fact, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I am excited to be on the path to healing!
I just left a session with Merci and could not have had a better experience. Merci took advantage of all the time we had and made sure we went through each exercise with full understanding. I have been working with Lauren for a couple of months now for chronic hip/pelvic pain. She has been remarkable in her evaluation & manual therapy skills & getting me back to increased mobility, balance & function. I am a PT myself & appreciate her breadth of knowledge & amazing hands on approach. I can't recommend her enough!!
When I started seeing Lauren a year ago I was in daily pain due to two herniated discs. I cannot recommend her enough. Thanks to her compassionate care and expertise I am no longer in daily pain and am back to enjoying many activities I no longer thought were possible.
